Community Ambassadors
The City's community ambassadors help keep the downtown and core areas of Hespeler and Preston looking their best and provide a friendly welcoming presence. They serve the community by:
- cleaning streets and sidewalks
- removing litter and debris (including needles)
- graffiti removal
- weed removal
- greeting visitors and providing tourism information and directions
- requesting voluntary compliance with City ordinances
- reporting public disturbances to Regional Police
- acting as a resource for general information on City operations
