Report a By-law Concern

You can file a by-law complaint or report a problem in a few different ways.  Before you start your report, please make sure you have this information about the issue:

• complaint location (address)
• explanation of the complaint and details to assist with an investigation
• summary of when and where the problem/infraction is occurring

If you want staff to follow-up with you about the issue, you will need to provide your phone number or e-mail address.  Your information is confidential and will not be shared.
