The City of Cambridge is preparing to open the new Beneva Recreation Complex and we're building the team that will bring this exciting community space to life.

This state-of-the-art facility will serve residents of all ages through recreation, fitness, aquatics and community programming. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people who want to help create exceptional experiences for the community from day one.

As part of the opening team, you'll have the opportunity to:

Opportunities

We will be recruiting for a variety of part-time positions across the Beneva Recreation Complex, including:

• Aquatics: Help residents build confidence, stay active and enjoy the water through safe and engaging aquatic programs. Current postings include:
  • Head Instructor Guard
  • Instructor/Lifeguard
  • Assistant Swim Instructor

• Program instruction: Lead recreation and fitness opportunities that encourage healthy, active lifestyles. Roles may include fitness instructors, program instructors and more.
• Customer service: Create welcoming experiences and support residents as they access programs, services and facilities. 
• Facility operations and safety: Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for everyone who visits the Beneva Recreation Complex. Roles may include facility attendants, maintenance and security staff.
