  • September 23 Council Meeting to be held virtually

    The City of Cambridge is advising residents that the Council Meeting, originally planned to take place in person at City Hall on Tuesday, September 23, will now be held virtually. This change follows an incident earlier today involving a disruptive member of the public.

    Beginning on Tuesday, September 23, all visitors attending City of Cambridge Council meetings will be required to undergo bag checks at City Hall. The new security measure, in line with practices in other Canadian municipalities, is intended to enhance safety for Council members, City staff and the public.
