Work & Participation Opportunities

The 2026 Municipal Election will require a dedicated team of election workers to support voting locations on Election Day, October 26, 2026. This page provides information about upcoming opportunities for those interested in contributing to the election process. 

Recruitment for election workers will begin closer to the 2026 election period. Position descriptions, requirements, and applications details will be posted on this page once available.

Position details will be added as the election approaches. Anticipated roles may include:

  • Greeter/Line Management
  • Poll Clerk
  • Revision Clerk

Descriptions, responsibilities, eligibility requirements, and training information will be posted when recruitment opens.

If you are interested in being notified when election work opportunities become available, you may submit an Expression of Interest. Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a position but ensures you will receive updates once recruitment begins.
