ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION NOTICE - November 4, 2025

The City has received a Zoning Bylaw Amendment Application for the lands at 155 Guelph Avenue.   

The Zoning By-law Amendment application proposes to revise the Zoning By-law currently in effect to clarify zoning regulations and interpretations. Technical changes to the Zoning By-law are required to implement the proposed development as one future condominium plan under one ownership. A number of site-specific provisions are proposed to be added to the Zoning By-law to implement this change. Also, the revised Zoning By-law mapping includes some minor boundary adjustments to align with the proposed conceptual site plan.
