DEVELOPMENT NOTICE - Public Meeting - 165 Cherry Blossom Road

The City has received an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to re-designate subject lands from Future Urban Reserve to Low/Medium Density Residential and rezone from Agriculture(A1) to Residential One (R1) to permit single detached dwellings with site-specific provisions. A Public Meeting for this application will be held on Tuesday November 4th, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Old City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 46 Dickson Street.
