DEVELOPMENT NOTICE - Neighbourhood Meeting 1390 Pineview Avenue - September 30, 2025

A revised submission has been received for application R09/22 that proposes 8 semi-detached dwelling units on individual lots in a future plan of condominium. A reduction in the minimum corner lot frontage from 13 metres to 11 metres for two of the lots is requested. The neighbourhood meeting is scheduled for Tuesday September 30, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Oak Room of the Allen Reuter Centre (located at 507 King Street East).

This neighborhood meeting is an opportunity to provide comments, ask questions about the proposal, and receive responses from the applicant and/or City staff. No decision will be made at this neighborhood meeting. A staff recommendation report will be taken to a future Council meeting at which a decision on the application could be made by Council. The Council date is to be determined and you will receive notification when a date is confirmed.
