PUBLIC NOTICE - May 5 - Hespeler Road Corridor Secondary Plan

A public meeting is scheduled for May 5, 2026 at 6:30 pm in Old City Hall, Council Chambers located at 50 Dickson St., Cambridge, ON, to provide a planning framework to guide future development and redevelopment in the Hespeler Road Corridor area. The Plan area includes three Protected Major Transit Station areas (PMTSA). The Official Plan Amendment will delineate the boundaries of the PMTSA, set minimum density targets, and establish land use designations to support the achievement of a transit-supportive built form. 

If you plan to attend the meeting in-person and wish to register in advance to speak, you are asked to complete a Delegation Request Form.

Please check the City Calendar the Thursday before the meeting to confirm this date and for a copy of the Plan and draft report.
