PUBLIC NOTICE - Committee of Adjustment - July 9, 2025

The Committee of Adjustment for the City of Cambridge will meet on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the applications for Consent and/or Minor Variance noted on the back of this Notice. If you are in receipt of this Notice an application has been filed within 60 meters of your Cambridge residence.

Applicants or Agents must attend in support of the application. This is a public meeting. Anyone having an interest in an application may make oral submission at the meeting or provide written submission to the Secretary Treasurer for the Committee of Adjustment by 4:30 p.m. the day of the meeting.

The complete agenda, including staff reports will be available online the Friday prior to the week of the meeting date on the Council Calendar.
