PUBLIC NOTICE - Canada Day Celebrations - Riverside Park

The City of Cambridge looks forward to celebrating Canada Day with the community on July 1st, 2025.  Please note that Riverside Park will have Canada Day activities running from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., ending with fireworks.

Riverside Park will be closed to all public parking due to safety concerns, except Riverside Soccer Field parking lots at the back of the park.  Please use the Speedsvale Road entrance. Shuttles are available, and you may find further information by visting the following link: www.cambridge.ca/canadaday. 

For residents living within the area, you may notice the presence of public events vehicles parked within the neighbourhood due to the Canada Day celebrations.  Road closures for the parade will begin from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on King Street East (between Eagle Street South and Bishop Street South), Hamilton Street (between Eagle Street South & Bishop Street South), Chesnut Streeet (between Queenston Road & Hamilton Street).
