NEIGHBOURHOOD MEETING - March 10, 2026 - 115 Blair Road

A neighbourhood meeting for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Vacant Land Plan of Condominium for the subject lands at 115 Blair Road will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Bowman Room at Cambridge City Hall. The application will facilitate a plan of condominium for 10 single detached dwelling lots.

This neighbourhood meeting is an opportunity to provide comments, ask questions about the proposal, and receive responses from the applicant and/or City staff. No decision will be made at this neighbourhood meeting.

A staff recommendation report will be taken to the March 24, 2026 Council meeting at which a decision on the Zoning By-law Amendment could be made by Council. You will receive a notification of this upcoming meeting if you have requested to be on the mailing list.
