DEVELOPMENT NOTICE - Public Meeting - 210, 218 & 226 King St E & 229 Queenston Rd
The City has received an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a 40 storey mixed use building containing 475 residential units and 150 sq. m. of commercial space. Proposed changes to regulations include height and density increase. A public meeting for this application will be held on May 5, 2026 at 6:30 pm at Old City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 46 Dickson Street.
If you plan to attend the meeting in-person and wish to register in advance to speak, you are asked to complete a Delegation Request Form.
Please note that the date of this meeting may change. Please check the Council agenda the Thursday before the meeting to confirm this date on the City Calendar. A presentation prepared by the applicant will also be available online at this link the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
