DEVELOPMENT NOTICE - Committee of Adjustment Meeting - City Wide

The Committee of Adjustment for the City of Cambridge will meet on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing the applications for Consent and/or Minor Variance for the below properties and file numbers:

1. 355 Guelph Street / 11 Fletcher Circle - B03/25 (Consent), B04/25 (Consent), B05/25 (Consent), B06/25 (Consent), B07/25 (Consent), B08/25 (Consent)

2. 154 / 156 Beverly Street - B14/25 (Consent), A09/25 (Minor Variance)

3. 1430 King Street East - A24/25 (Minor Variance)

4. 155 Guelph Avenue - A28/25 (Minor Variance)

5. 36 Grant Street - A27/25 (Minor Variance)

6. 615 Hillview Road - A26/25 (Minor Variance)

7. 65 Shamrock Street - A25/25 (Minor Variance)

Applicants or Agents must attend in support of the application. This is a public meeting. Anyone having an interest in an application may make oral submission at the meeting or provide written submission for the Committee consideration.
