Cambridge prepares for fun Canada Day celebrations
The City is ready to celebrate Canada Day with a full lineup of activities to keep you busy all day long!
You can choose to start your day early with the fishing derby at 7:45 a.m. or join us at 11 a.m. for the Canada Day parade in Preston. After the parade take a stroll down to Riverside Park for live music, food trucks, and a beer garden. Between the vendor ally and the variety of family friendly activities, there's plenty to see and do before the festivities wrap up with the annual fireworks display at dusk. For more information visit our Canada Day page (linked).
As a reminder personal fireworks are only permitted on July 1 between dusk and 11 p.m. If fireworks are being discharged dangerously, call Service Cambridge at 519 – 623 – 1340, and press 1 to be connected to By-law dispatch. Non-emergency by-law concerns can be reported online at cambridge.ca/report
