Applications open April 1 for Cambridge Community Connections!

After a successful launch in 2025, Cambridge Community Connections returns to offer financial support for events aimed at improving the health, lifestyle or wellbeing of their community.

Cambridge Community Connections provides funds of up to $2,500 to individuals or organizations for local initiatives such as a group exercise class, book exchange, road hockey tournament, nature walk, block party or a board game night.

Funding is available for local non-profits, community organizations, individual residents, and informal groups. Applications open on April 1, and close on April 30, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Applications must contain a work plan and a budget to be considered.
