Canada Post Strike

Canada Post has announced a national strike effective Friday, November 15, 2024.

All incoming and outgoing mail will be impacted.

Payment due dates for property taxes and water bills will not change. 

Customers are responsible for making a bill payment by the due date.  Tax and water bills can be viewed using the MyTax and MyWater portals.

Residents are encouraged to sign up for eBilling to prevent delayed invoices and payments.   Sign up to have your water bill and tax bill sent directly to your email account in PDF format.

Payments can be made through financial institutions, telephone and online banking, in person or use the drop box at City Hall. 

Your tax or water bill can also be paid online or by phone through Paymentus a third party credit card option, visit Pay online or call 1 (877) 810-7295.

Enroll in our pre-authorized payment plan which automatically withdraws your payment amount directly from your bank account. Complete an application form and include a void cheque and return to taxes@cambridge.ca.
