Survey says: Residents pleased with City Hall visits

Every day people visit Cambridge City Hall to pay a bill, ask questions about City services, or sometimes to get married! Earlier this year visitors at City Hall were asked to complete a short survey to tell us about their expectations and experience in the building. The City is happy to share some highlights of that survey:

• 88% of visitors said their issue was resolved during their visit.
• Nearly 9 out of 10 visitors said City Hall was easy to navigate and that the overall process felt efficient and well organized.
• Visitors strongly agreed that staff were knowledgeable, respectful, and able to answer their questions accurately.
