PUBLIC MEETING - July 14 - City Water Allocation Policy and Zoning By-law Amendments
A public meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2026 at 6:30 pm in Old City Hall, Council Chambers located at 50 Dickson St., Cambridge, ON, regarding Proposed Water Allocation Policy and By-law and Zoning By-law Amendments to discuss regulatory and policy framework for lands within the Mannheim Water Service Area.
If you plan to attend the meeting in-person and wish to register in advance to speak, you are asked to complete a Delegation Request Form.
Please check the City Calendar the Thursday before the meeting to confirm this date and for a copy of the draft report.

Notification:
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the City of Cambridge on the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment, you must make a written request to City of Cambridge Planning and Growth Department and the City Clerk at P.O. Box 669, Cambridge Ontario, N1R 5W8.
Appeals:
If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the City of Cambridge to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to City of Cambridge before the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is passed or refused, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the City of Cambridge before the Zoning By-law Amendment is passed or refused, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
