City Celebrates Small Business Week with Networking Mixer

The City of Cambridge marked Small Business Week by hosting a networking mixer that celebrated the contributions of local businesses while creating opportunities for connection, learning and community-building.

More than 44 people gathered in the IV Loft at Four Fathers Brewing Co. on Tuesday for an evening of networking and professional development.

Guest speaker Elisia Neves of FABRIK Architects Inc. shared insights on creating meaningful impact through mentorship and community involvement. Her presentation encouraged attendees to consider how leadership beyond the workplace can contribute to long-term business success while helping create a stronger, more connected community.

Small businesses play a vital role in Cambridge's economic prosperity, innovation and community vibrancy. As part of Small Business Week, the event recognized the important contributions local entrepreneurs and business owners make every day while providing an opportunity to foster new relationships and ideas.
