Celebrate Halloween with the City of Cambridge

The countdown to Halloween is on, and the City of Cambridge is ready to celebrate the spooky season with creativity, costumes and community fun.

From October 25 to 31, residents of all ages can enjoy a variety of Halloween-themed programs across the city. Families can get creative with seasonal arts and crafts, children can spend their PD Day enjoying themed camps and youth can connect at a festive drop-in night, while community swims and skates will help everyone get into the spooky spirit.

The excitement builds toward Harvest Halloween on Saturday, October 31. City Hall and the Cambridge Farmers Market will come alive with family-friendly entertainment, interactive activities, trick-or-treat stops and plenty of festive surprises. The Downtown Cambridge BIA Halloween Hunt will also be happening nearby, families can make a full day of celebrating in the heart of the city.

The fun continues later that afternoon with Spooktacular Tricks & Treats, featuring more hands-on activities and entertainment for families at the W.G. Johnson centre.

Residents can make Halloween a little more memorable this year by handing out Pumpkin Passes. Available while supplies last, these affordable vouchers can be shared with trick-or-treaters and redeemed for a free swim or skate at a City recreation facility.
