A long-time resident of Cambridge, Councillor Roberts has been active in the community for over a decade. She currently resides in Ward 5 and is the proud mom of a 14-year-old son.
Sheri completed a degree in economics at McMaster University in 2004 and holds a certificate in Community Advocacy from Conestoga College. She has volunteered and worked professionally in social services for over 15 years as well as in the legal and financial fields.
A life-long volunteer, community advocate and public speaker, Sheri has worked in our city for many years to improve access for all residents. She was the chair/vice chair or the Cambridge Accessibility Advisory Committee for 12 years, and throughout this time she spearheaded community projects with a focus on inclusion and community engagement.
Sheri prides herself on being an excellent communicator who prioritizes ongoing, accessible, transparent communication with residents in order to represent their best interests at council.
