Annual Financial Statements

Every year, an external independent accounting firm audits the City of Cambridge's financial statements and we publish those Annual Financial Statements. These statement include:

• Consolidated financial statements, as required by the Ontario Municipal Act
• Trust fund financial statements
• Separate financial statements for local boards and the government business entity
• Financial and statistical reviews
• Financial Information Return (FIR), as provided to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing

These statements help the City demonstrate responsible management of financial resources through open, transparent, accountable and innovative leadership in local governance.
