Please note: As a result of COVID-19 Council is only meeting as Special Council during this time. All Standing Committees of Council have been suspended as the City of Cambridge facilities, including historic City Hall are currently closed to the public.   On March 25, 2020 Cambridge Council adopted by-law #30-20 which allows for electronic meetings to be scheduled as required by the Mayor and City Clerk. To speak at a Council meeting virtually please complete a delegation registration form.

The City of Cambridge publishes Special Council meeting agendas the Thursday morning before the meetings scheduled for the following Tuesday.

All meetings of Council are open to the general public and we encourage residents to attend or watch virtually, unless otherwise posted as a closed meeting.

Council, General Committee, Planning and Development, and Budget and Audit Committee agendas and minutes prior to April 2020 may be accessed through the Council and Committee Calendar.

Please note that meeting agendas, dates or times may change. Contact the City Clerk's office at the Clerk's Division by email or (519) 740-4680 to confirm information.
