*Park amenities are now closed for the 2024/2025 season including natural grass fields, diamonds, tennis courts, pickleball courts and washrooms.
The City of Cambridge has over 365 hectares of parkland and green space. Search for a park, including location information.

The following park rules and regulations:
- Parks are closed between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- Alcohol is not allowed in any public park
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times and that dog owners are responsible to "Stoop and Scoop" and dispose of their waste. Be environmentally friendly and use your Green Bin for pet waste.
- Fireworks are not permitted in any park without a permit
- Motorized vehicles are not permitted on park grounds or on any trails
- Parking is not permitted on grass areas; only in designated parking areas
- Open fires are not permitted in any park
- Charcoal BBQ's are not permitted; only propane BBQ's are permitted for use
- There is no camping or overnight parking permitted in any park
- Removal or damage to any plants, shrubs, flowers and trees is not permitted
- It is not permitted to injure, hunt, trap, or disturb any animal or bird, or destroy, damage or disturb the nest or den or egg of any fish, bird or animal
- There is no dumping allowed in any park
- Property encroachment onto city land is not permitted
- Sporting areas, spectator areas, playgrounds, splash pads and any area within 20 metres of any sporting or spectator areas are smoke and vape-free, in accordance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act
Failure to follow any of the above regulations is a chargeable offence.

Picnics and sporting events
A number of these parks have picnic areas and sports fields that you can rent. Learn how to book and rent a facility.
Large group functions or events
Activities and gatherings of more than 40 people require special approvals if involving, inflatables, dunk tanks, and amplified music or announcements. Call the Administration Office at (519) 623-1340 ext. 4235 for more information.
Weddings
You can book Mill Race Park for your wedding photos or ceremony. You need to make a reservation for wedding ceremonies or wedding pictures at this location.
Other great locations for wedding photos only that do not require a reservation are Soper Park Gardens and Riverside Park Gardens (near the greenhouse).
Park Dedication Bench Program
The City of Cambridge offers a Memorial Dedication Bench where benches can be purchased as a donation for designated areas within one of our City Parks. For more information contact servicecambridge@cambridge.ca or call 519-623-1340.
