Conditioning Centres

If you are a member of our conditioning room, learn how to use the equipment safely and confidently with our qualified personal trainer. Register for our Orientation Clinics.  Times available from September- December.

Please note:

  • Student Conditioning Room pass is the same price as an adult.
  • Senior Conditioning Room pass must possess a current City of Cambridge 50+ membership.
Conditioning Centre Guidelines
  • Open to participants ages 13 years and older.
  • Conditioning Centres are unsupervised – use at your own risk
  • Share equipment between sets
  • Limit time on cardio equipment to 30 minutes when others are waiting
  • Put weights and equipment away immediately after use
  • Use personal listening devices only
  • Keep the facility scent free
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Report any equipment malfunctions to staff immediately
  • Keep torso covered while working out
  • No street shoes – use separate athletic shoes that have not been worn outside
  • Refrain from eating in the conditioning centre
  • Report any injuries or accidents to staff immediately
