Cardio Sculpt

A generous mix of cardiovascular and muscle sculpting exercises. Supports fat burning and building lean muscles. 

H.i.i.T (High Intensity Interval Training)

High energy combination class of muscular endurance, core, cardio, and a relaxing end of class stretch. 

Step

Full Cardio workout that blends basic moves and new patterns. Options are provided for all levels. 

Tabata

Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a number of rounds. 

Total Body Core

A full-body workout focused on strengthening the core, improving balance, and building overall strength through functional movements. 

Total Body Sculpt

A variety of equipment such as weights and resistance equipment are used to give your muscles a solid strength and endurance workout.
