 Pay as you go fitness classes

Stay active while trying exciting new workouts at one of the City's pay as you go fitness classes. All of our fitness classes are run by certified instructors. Anyone over the age of 13 is welcome to attend.

The W.G. Johnson Centre holds pay as you go fitness classes every day of the week. View the class schedules listed below.

Total Body workouts

Total Body workouts use a variety of equipment such as weights and resistance equipment to give your muscles a solid strength and endurance workout.

Step

A cardio workout which uses intermediate step patterns combining both basic moves with new moves. Options given for all levels.

A high energy combination class which may include; muscular endurance, core, cardio and a relaxing stretch segment.

Cardio Sculpt

A combination class of cardiovascular and muscle sculpting exercises. Helps greatly to burn fat and build lean muscles.

This class is on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m. 
Karate

Karate is a system of self-defense focusing on the use of hands, elbows, knees, or feet to defeat opponents. Children are welcome to attend accompanied by an adult.
