Pay as you Go fitness classes

Stay active while trying exciting new workouts at drop-in, pay as you go, fitness classes. All of our fitness classes are run by certified instructors. Anyone over the age of 13 is welcome to attend.  See our fees and memberships for rates.

Total body workouts 

Using a variety of weights and resistance equipment will offer you a complete strength and endurance workout.

High energy combination class of muscular endurance, core, cardio and a relaxing end of class stretch.

Cardio Sculpt

A generous mix of cardiovascular and muscle sculpting exercises. Supports fat burning and building lean muscles.

Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a number of rounds.
