Pay as you Go fitness classes

Stay active while trying exciting new workouts at drop-in, pay as you go, fitness classes. All of our fitness classes are run by certified instructors. Anyone over the age of 13 is welcome to attend.  See our fees and memberships for rates.

Total body workouts 

A variety of equipment such as weights and resistance equipment are used to give your muscles a solid strength and endurance workout.

A cardio workout which uses intermediate step patterns combining both basic moves with new moves. Options given for all levels.

H.i.i.T - High intensity interval training

A high energy combination class which may include; muscular endurance, core, cardio and a relaxing stretch segment.

Cardio Sculpt

A combination class of cardiovascular and muscle sculpting exercises. Helps greatly to burn fat and build lean muscles.

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.
