The Zoning By-law regulates the use of all land within the City of Cambridge. Zoning regulations deal with:

  • Permitted uses of land
  • Height and location of structures
  • Minimum lot size
  • Landscaping and fencing
  • Parking requirements

The current City of Cambridge Zoning By-law (150-85), as amended, is currently in force.
