30T-18102 - Creekside Phase 2 - 215 Allendale Road and 245 Riverbank Drive - proposed draft plan of subdivision

The Region of Waterloo and City of Cambridge have received an application for a draft plan of subdivision for a portion of the lands located in the North Cambridge Business Park. The applicant is proposing to create seven (7) blocks dedicated to business industrial uses and one (1) additional block as a future development block on a future public road.

A public meeting was held by Planning and Development Committee on February 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Historic Council Chambers City Hall at 46 Dickson Street, Cambridge.

City initiated official plan and zoning by-law amendments

The City of Cambridge completed Official Plan Amendments (OPAs) and Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBAs) for the lands identified as the North Cambridge Business Park. The purpose of the OPAs and ZBAs were to establish appropriate land use designations, policies and zoning regulations for these lands. View the following documents for more information:
