"The Stalwart Brydons" (By James Emerson Brydon and Dianne Brydon) - A recent donation to the Cambridge Archives. This book tells the story of one of Galt's pioneering families who arrived from Scotland in 1828 and farmed there for 50 years before the third generation left to settle the west.
