Black Bridge cultural heritage landscape

In October, 2016, the Region of Waterloo approved Official Plan Amendment (OPA) No. 15, establishing the first Cultural Heritage Landscape (CHL) in Cambridge. The Black Bridge cultural heritage landscape is significant, and the landscape is connected to the industrial, agricultural, transportation, recreational, and natural history of the community and contributes to a strong sense of place.
