Staff are available to respond to media inquiries during regular operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

All media inquiries should be directed to corpcomm@cambridge.ca and include the reporter’s contact information and deadline.

Please note: The City of Cambridge will only respond to inquiries made outside business hours if they are related to an immediate emergency or urgent operational matter. Other requests will be addressed during regular business hours.

Cambridge, Ontario . (February 13, 2024) – Today, Cambridge City Council approved the Budget and Business Plan for 2024. For Cambridge taxpayers, this represents a 2.58 per cent increase to the overall residential tax bill, which is below the current rate of inflation of 3.4 per cent. The City will be conducting a flood wall installation exercise on the Main Street Bridge this week as part of our annual flood preparations.
