In the interest of community safety, the current summer camp lineup planned for the City of Cambridge has been cancelled. The City hopes to announce a new modified camp program reformatted to meet public health measures in the coming weeks.

updated park guidelinesOn May 20  it was announced  that in alignment with recent provincial announcements relaxing restrictions in parks and trails, the City of Cambridge will reopen its skateparks, disc golf, basketball courts, and tennis courts over the next two weeks.

COVID-19 Updates Waterloo Region – As another step in their coordinated emergency response to the global pandemic, today, the Region of Waterloo and all area municipalities extended the public closure of municipal facilities until at least May 4.

The flows in the Grand River and Speed River through Cambridge peaked Sunday morning and receded during the day but will remain elevated all week. Please continue to use caution around all water bodies and keep children and pets back from the banks. See below for closure updates.
