New features to MyWater Portal available as of May 9

On May 9, the City launched some new features and changes to the MyWater Portal. By linking the Connect Portal, users and residents will have access to new tools and data. Through the Connect Portal, users can access the following features:

  • Yearly, monthly, daily, and hourly usage data
  • Progress of usage compared to the previous month
  • Usage threshold notifications
  • Time period comparisons
  • Leak Alerts
  • Adding multiple properties to one account

These new tools rolled out for commercial and residential customers on May 9. As of May 9, those who do not currently have an account with MyWater Portal will need to register for the portal to access these features.
