LIGHT BLUE - Complete Application and Public Meeting - 130 Guelph Avenue

The City has received an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit a six-storey mixed use building with 112 apartment units, six commercial units and associated parking. A Public Meeting for this application will be held on Tuesday April 8, 2025 at Old City Hall, Council Chambers, located at 46 Dickson Street.

If you plan to attend the meeting in-person and wish to register in advance to speak, you are asked to complete a delegation request form at https://www.cambridge.ca/en/your-city/Speak-at-a-Council-Meeting.aspx. Please note that the date of this meeting may change. Please check the Council agenda the Thursday before the meeting to confirm this date on the City website here: https://calendar.cambridge.ca/council. A presentation prepared by the applicant will also be available online at this link the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
