Upcoming Film Project - "Witch Mountain"

The INVEST Cambridge team is pleased to be welcoming another film crew working on the streets of Brant Road North, Wentworth Avenue and Aberdeen Road North. “Witch Mountain” will be shooting on these streets on Friday, November 25th, 2022 and Monday November 28th, 2022.

Date of Filming: November 25th, 2022 and November 28th, 2022 (With setup beginning on Thursday November 24th, 2022)

Affected Locations:

  • November 25th & November 28th - Brant Road North, Wentworth Avenue, Aberdeen Road North.
    • Please note: Setup will begin on Thursday, November 24th.

Anticipated Impacts:

Intermittent Traffic Closures (ITCs) will take place on Brant Road North and Wentworth Avenue and will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

  • The area that will be affected by the Intermittent Traffic Closure begins on Brant Road North and Blenheim Road and ends at the Brant Road North and Salisbury Avenue Intersection.
  • The Intermittent Traffic Closure on Wentworth Avenue will begin at the Intersection of Lansdowne Road North and Wentworth Avenue and will continue to Victoria Park.
    • Intermittent Traffic Closures will occur for 3-5 minutes at a time and will be performed by Waterloo Regional Police Services at the film crews request. There will be breaks in the Intermittent Traffic Closures during rush hour periods of traffic.

Special Advisories:

  • Drone Filming will take place over Brant Road North and will be accompanied by a Waterloo Region Police Services Paid Duty Officer.


  • Tech parking will be located on Brant Road North, Wentworth Avenue, and Aberdeen Road North.
  • Crew parking will be at Soper Park.
  • Parking on and around the Brant Road North, Wentworth Avenue, and Aberdeen Road North areas will be affected.
