City to host Public Works Open House Saturday, May 25
The City of Cambridge will once again open the doors of its Bishop Street Operations Centre to the public on Saturday, May 25, 2024 as part of National Public Works Week (May 19-25).
Join us from 10am-2pm and get up close to the vehicles and equipment that help keep the city running and meet the staff who operate them. Snap a photo in the driver’s seat and enjoy live demonstrations with a variety of activities for kids young and young at heart.
Admission is free, but donations for the Cambridge Food Bank are appreciated.
From the water we drink to the water we flush, the roads we drive on and the parks we visit, the City’s Infrastructure Services team are essential to a sustainable, resilient community and help safeguard our health and wellbeing. We thank all of them for their tireless commitment to serving our growing community each and every day.
