The Parking Operations Sections is responsible for the administration of parking permit programs, parking lot operations.

The City operates 30 parking lots in the three Core Areas. This Section is responsible for general maintenance and repair, winter snow removal, installation of appropriate signs and pavement markings, sweeping and illumination within these facilities, and maintaining property lease agreements.
