ENGINEERING SERVICES DIVISION

This division is responsible for the design and administration of Capital projects; for the construction or reconstruction of roads, sidewalks, sewers and watermains; for survey and inspection activities; for local improvements; for the preparation and calling of tenders and for project management and engineering services for City-owned industrial lands development.

Commercial or Industrial Cooling Water:
Regional By-Law #1-90 prohibits the discharge of once-through cooling water to the storm or sanitary sewer systems.
