Development Charges may be applicable to your building permit application and is handled by the Planning Operations Division.
Request for Building and Zoning Compliance The City of Cambridge provides Letters of Compliance confirming status of properties under Zoning By-law, Ontario Building Code, Ontario Heritage Act, Lot Grading and Site Plan Agreement etc. A written request is required with the prescribed fee. The process time is approximately 15 - 20 working days and verbal responses are not provided.
