The City of Cambridge has over 365 ha of parkland within the municipal limits. A number of these parks have reservable picnic sites, as well as reservable playing fields. There is one park within Cambridge (Mill Race Park) that is also reservable for your wedding photos/ceremony.

Some points to keep in mind regarding reservations within City of Cambridge parks:
- picnic reservations are taken as of January 2nd on a first come first serve basis. The fee for booking a picnic site is set annually for Cambridge residents and some sites can accommodate up to 150 people. Call 740-4681, ext. 4214.
- a “Playing Field Request Form” is required to be completed prior to booking any sports fields with the City of Cambridge. Call 740-4681 ext. 4214 to obtain a request form or to check on availability of a specific area.
- Reservations are required for wedding ceremonies/wedding pictures only at Mill Race Park. The fee to reserve Mill Race Park is determined annually. Call 740-4681, ext. 4214 to obtain additional reservation information.
