1. By mail addressed to: Tax Collector, PO Box 669, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 5W8
   PLEASE ENSURE YOUR MAIL PAYMENT IS POSTMARKED BY THE DUE DATE TO AVOID INTEREST CHARGES. POSTMARKS ARE CHECKED BY THE TAX OFFICE. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL.
   
   
2. During office hours at the City of Cambridge municipal offices located at 50 Dickson Street, First Floor. Interac payments accepted. Charge card payments are NOT accepted.
   
   
3. Dropped in the City mail slot located at the Dickson Street entrance to the Cambridge administration building at 50 Dickson Street. Payments may be dropped off here at any time.
   
   
4. Made through most chartered banks or financial institutions, upon payment of their fee. Ensure teller's date stamp is correct. An ABM payment made on the due date may be subject to interest charges. Payments should be made at least 3 days prior to the due date to avoid interest charges.
   
   
5. The City of Cambridge offers ratepayers the option of automatic payments by pre-authorized cheque. Please call (519)740-4524 for further details. The required application form may be accessed by downloading the Application form - Preauthorized Chequing PDF file from the Related Documents below.

• Make cheques payable to "City of Cambridge"

• Please print your Property Roll Number(s) on the front of the cheque.

• Post-dated cheque(s) dated on the installment due dates are acceptable. However, once submitted, post-dated cheque(s) will NOT be withdrawn from our files.

• A fee will be charged to your tax account if a cheque is returned by your bank.

• Please keep your notice as your receipt for income tax purposes. A fee will be charged for a duplicate receipt or statement of account.

• Receipts will not be issued unless the entire tax notice is submitted with your payment.

• Receipts valid only if cheque clears your bank.
