Register online for a recreation program using the Cambridge Online Registration for Activities and Leisure (CORAL). Create an account using a valid email address or setup an account in person at any of our recreation facilities or City Hall.
When you create an account, you'll receive a Login ID, Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your account and an online registration information package.
You automatically receive confirmations via email. This email is also your receipt. Print a copy for your records.

|Register for semi-private swimming lessons|
You can sign-up for semi-private swimming lessons instead of our group classes. There is an additional fee for semi-private lessons and all participants must be at the same swimming skill level.
|Register for leadership courses|
Applicants for any of the leadership courses must ensure that they have the correct prerequisites to participate. You must provide proper certification or other prerequisites to the Instructor on the first of class.
You must attend 100 per cent of the classes in order to successfully complete a leadership course.
|You must meet any age requirements by the first session/class of a program, unless otherwise stated.|
If you change your mind and decide that you would like to withdraw from a program, we will provide a full refund in the form of a credit on your registration account or we will send you a cheque for the full amount as quickly as we can.

Although it is not mandatory for you to do so, it is helpful to us if you let us know your reason for withdrawing from a program.

Activities for Less Program
The City of Cambridge is committed to providing assistance to cover part of the cost of City-run recreation programs and memberships for families and individuals who can't afford to participate in these activities.
The Activities For Less program is for permanent Cambridge residents only. Eligibility is based on total household income. The gross income levels below determine eligibility. Proof of gross 2016 income is required with submission of the application.

Eligible Programs - Programs run directly by the Community Services Department which include:
-aquatic lessons (private/semi-private lessons are ineligible)
-month activity pass
-10 visit activity pass
-50+ recreation centre membership
-Arts Centre membership
-select playground programs
-individual summer aquatic pass
Ineligible Programs and Charges - Subsidy cannot be used for manuals, exam fees, program supplies, administrative fees or 50+ recreation centre conditioning room passes.
Please note - If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail (allow 15-20 business days). Incomplete applications will be returned.
Submission of an application does not guarantee receive subsidy.
Subsidy must be approved before registering. Activities For Less may not be applied after registering. Only the person named on the card may use the subsidy. The subsidy must be renewed annually.

The City of Cambridge also offers the Jumpstart program, on behalf of Canadian Tire. This program offers financial support to families who can't afford to enroll their kids in community sports or other active recreation programs. The program helps kids stay active and involved, not matter what their financial background is.

If you live outside of the Cambridge community, a non-resident fee applies in addition to our regular program or membership fees. We calculate this additional fee automatically when you register for a program.
