Industrial - Land Prices

The City develops industrial parks and sells fully serviced land to encourage investment in Cambridge. All City land in the most recent developments has been sold. Prices were as follows:

1. L.G. LOVELL INDUSTRIAL PARK

Pinebush Subdivision Phase II - $210,000 per acre

2. CAMBRIDGE BUSINESS PARK

Maple Grove Subdivision - $210,000 per acre


Applicable Development Charges are extra.
