In order for bids to be accepted, bidders must register their intent to bid in the column titled "Registration."

Any quotation received without the appropriate addendum attached and signed by the bidder will be rejected. ALSO, any electronic document received by the City of Cambridge that has been altered and does not exactly match the document as posted in the Purchasing Division of the City of Cambridge will be rejected.
