Introduction
The Human Resources Services Division develops and delivers corporate-wide human resource policies, systems and services for municipal payroll employees only. Areas of Divisional responsibility include:

• Staff Recruitment
• Labour Relations and Collective Agreement Negotiations
• Health and Safety
• Employee Training and Development
